When a customer calls you on Tuesday morning to inform you that his boilers is stopped and therefore his cardboard box production too, what do you do?

We immediately took the road despite snowy conditions to visit site and see what solution we could implement. During travel time we took profit to call the craning company to synchronize the visit.

After measuring, checking steam, gas and water lines path and ties in we made a rough budget calculation to allow customer take his decision.

Pressure was really tangible in the silent factory and customer was already challenging us by asking steam to be available before next Friday 6pm!

When back at the office we immediately checked equipment availability and received official order confirmation by customer.

Installation started on Thursday afternoon. The several tens of metres of pipes were connected by Friday morning to allow beginning of commissioning.L937 - 2_edited L937 - 3_edited


At 6pm on Friday steam was back on the customer’s net, commissioning control by notified body was successfully passed and operators were trained.
